Recently, we've been working on a bill that offers strong protections for homeowners who are part of a homeowners association. This bill is currently being considered by state lawmakers, so now is the time to voice your support to your representatives. In addition to sharing your support of this bill, lawmakers should hear why there is a need for reform. Do you have a relevant experience with your HOA, or know friends, family, or neighbors who have encountered challenges?
